G.M.C.U: The Gaia Memory Crimes Unit
The date is July 4th, 2035 this date marks the day where brilliant scientist, Sonozaki Ryubee makes an astonishing discovery, and a break through in modern engineering and science...he created objects known as Gaia Memories-tools which changed the face of the entire world...by September 5th 2035, every man, woman, and child on Earth has come into possession of these Memories, and the human race was now at the peak of it’s glory.
As the years pass, more and more people would begin to unlock the secrets of Gaia Memories...some begin to illegally modify the memories, finding a way to fuse both User and Memory together the result boosted the Memory’s power drastically, but also created monsters known as Dopants...as more and more people succumb to the power of the Memories, crimes involving Gaia memories, and Dopant-related incidents quickly rise in number.
At the request of Dr.Ryube, the government gathers the best and the brightest, scientists, doctors, policemen, soldiers, fighters, and people of all kinds. Under his direction, Dr.Ryube created the T2 Gaia Memories, along with a Gaia Memory Control Device known as the Lost Driver. Together, along with the country’s best, a special task force was formed to specifically combat Gaia Memory related crimes...this elite unit became known as the G.M.C.U: The Gaia Memory Crimes Unit.

G.M.C.U Gear/Technology&General terms:
GMCU:
An elite group formed to specifically combat Gaia memory related crimes. Only the best of the best is chosen for this group. They operate along side the local police force, and they act as their eyes and ears throughout the city, thus there’s usually a tight-knit bond between the two...their base of operations is in fact, inside police HQ.
W Driver: A prototype belt designed to test the Gaia Memories on the human body. Usually requiring two people at once in order to activate, because of this requirement, and the dangers it might posses, the W Driver has been locked away after the development of the Lost Driver.
Lost Driver: An experimental, mass produced version of the W driver, designed to harness the full powers of the a Gaia Memory...this belt is given only to the elite of the elite, people who have proven themselves time and time again, even if he/she isn’t part of the GMCU.
Machine Hard Boiler:
A Mass produced bike developed for each of GMCU’s Riders. The bike itself is colored specifically after the Rider it’s given too.
Gaia Control Unit: A unit designed by Sonozaki Ryubee to allow humans to harness a Gaia Memory’s power, without actually inserting the Memory into their own bodies...they do not become Dopants. The basic design is usually a belt and a pair of gloves with a wire attached to the belt, this is the most common form...but now a days people can find ones that are wireless. Generally, anything designed to harness a Gaia Memory’s power without the need of a bio port can be refereed to as a Control Unit...these days, even a simple cell phone or a child’s toy can be found with a control port.
Dark Gaia Memories: Often refereed to as a D Class Gaia Memory by the GMCU and police, this is refereed to Gaia Memories that have any kind of illegal modifications done to theme...these Gaia Memories turn people into Dopant, continued use of a D Class Gaia Memory may result in death...or loss of sanity.

A set of gadgets is given to a Rider upon being emitted into the GMCU.

A Unit: the Accel unit is a new unit formed by Sonzaki Ryubee, comprised of people hand picked by him, their a secret, Special Ops unit that takes on tasks too dangerous for the GMCU.
Fang Gaia Memory:
This memory was developed to test the W Drivers to see how far one’s limits could be pushed. However, this memory caused the wearer to go on a berserk rampage, destroying a labratory and everything else in it’s path...though the test subject was eventually caught, it eventually managed to escape with a Lost Driver, and it and the Fang Memory are currently missing.
Snake Hand:
A secret underground crime organization that has it’s hand in every single activity relating to Gaia Memories, both legal and illegal. It is hinted that they are the ones responsible for distributing many of the C-Class Gaia Memories. It is rumoured that the Ring Leader of Snake Head posseses a Lost Driver, and becomes Kamen Rider Eternal.
Skull:
A man wanted by the GMCU, and hated by the Snake Hand triad. A vigilante that goes to extreme lengths in order to stop Gaia Memory crimes...even if it means killing innocent civilians along the way. His true identity is unknown.
Trial:An experimental memory develouped for the Accel Driver, this memory gives it's user an increase in speed, this increase only lasts 10 seconds. Once the speed up is used, a cool down becomes active, after three uses the transformation cancles out...continued use could kill the user.
Gaia Core:
Once a scientific research insitute but destroyed in a mysterious lab accident. The heir Koumori took her mother's land and rebuilt it from the ground up, turning it into the resputable Gaia Memory distrabution company that is today.
Core Five:
No one knows their real idenities aside from what abilities their Gaia Memories have. Lead by a mysterious woman named The Countess, they seem to be connected to the sudden rise of Gaia Memory crimes in Fuuto...
Wolves:
A gang that abuses Gaia Memory powers, a group of thugs and hooligans that seems to answer to no one else but the Core Five...their leader is Kurata Keiji: A man who holds the Arms Gaia Memory, he is extremely violent and unpredictable, and has a very short temper.

At one point in Akiba’s life, he was a carefree lad with a bright future to look foreward to. He had a family, a mother...a father...and a sister, his father was highly against the usage of Gaia Memories and insisted Akiba battled his demons with nothing but his wits and own talents. Akiba admired his father: a courageous police officer who would go to any lengths to make sure he catches the culprit, Akiba wished to follow his footsteps to fight crime with the same passion that he did.
This was back when Gaia Memory crimes were on the rise, and the G.M.C.U had not come into existence yet. It was here, when Akiba witnessed the final moments of his father: he and several other police squads were pinned down at a bank as it was being robbed: a typical hostage situation...however, the robber had with him a Gaia Memory, and used it to turn into a Dopant. With the power of the Gaia Memory in hand, he quickly made mincemeat of the policemen, and took off with the cash.
Amongst the casualties was his father, dying in his arms, his last words were “Akiba...pro-tect...this city...”. Those last words carried a great deal of weight in Akiba’s heart, he became determined to keep his father’s promise and trained hard to succeed and surpass him. His performance during his training caught the eye of Sonozaki Ryubee, whom was there with several others to scout out potential recruits from the GMCU. At graduation from police academy, Sonozaki Ryubee presented him with the Lost Driver, and the Joker Gaia Memory. Though he is still a rookie, Akiba earned his place in the GMCU.
Several things can be used to describe Akiba’s personality: he has an arrogance about him, a person who likes to show off and gather attention to himself. He’s reckless, always charging in without a clear plan of attack, but he also has a strong determination, and will: he never gives up even if the odds aren’t in his favor.

Koumori’s mother was a scientist, a rival to Sonozaki Ryubee’s who would do anything to compete with his genius, going so far as to even experiment on her own child. She hired spies to retrieve info on what Ryubee was working on, and eventually...one of those spies returned with information on prototype Gaia Memories. Koumori’s mother took Ryubee’s design and upped the power far greater then the actual memory could take...the result of this fused the Gaia Memory with Koumori’s body, turning her into a rampaging Dopant.
She killed her mother, destroyed her lab, and would continue to go on this destructive rampage till she was subdued by the Japanese military. Although the memory was destroyed, Koumori’s mind had been left ravaged by it’s effect: she became crazed,craving more power. Though the police wanted to put her out of her misery, Sonozaki Ryubee instead wanted to work with the child, to try and rehabilitate her. It took years, of therapy and gene cleansing, but Ryubee was able to undue the effects the Memory had on her mind...thankful, she rejoined normal society.
Now adays, she leads a busy life style: not only is she’s a popular fashion model, but she also runs her mother’s company, changing it’s focus to Gaia Memory distrabution ONLY, the company is known as Gaia Core, and it rivals Sonozaki Saeko’s DGDigital.She is loved by everyone in Futo city and is known for being a care free spirit.

Bio:
Tarou Masahira was a former solider in the Japanese military. A man that saw many battles, his dream however was to work with the local law enforcement in his home town of Futo. Upon the war’s end. Tarou received a discharge with very high honors and returned to Futo where he would put his military training to good use. He becomes good friends with Sonozaki Ryube one night, when he foils a robbery at his mansion: a crook working for a competing rival wanted to steal Ryube’s secrets for his own. Since then, Tarou and Ryubee became close friends.
Tarou continued to climb the ladder of the police force, until eventually he earned a spot as captain. It was Sonozaki Ryube who approached Tarou with the proposal to create the the G.M.C.U, Tarou saw the harm that the Dopants were causing to his city, reluctantly Tarou agrees to Ryube’s suggestion, and even volunteered to be a test subject. Because Tarou was involved with the initial testings, he’s very familiar with how different types of Gaia Memories work Because of his assistance, Sonozaki Ryubee made him the commanding officer of the G.M.C.U. He holds with him the Xtreme memory, along with the prototype Gaia memories used by the GMCU Riders.
Name: Roulette
Bio: No one knows for sure if Roulette is a man or a woman, he or she always appears via messenger, or computerized telegram...with their voiced synthesized. Appears most frequently at casinos. A man who likes to gamble, he's a legendary informant that sells his information to the highest bidder, regardless of who they work for. A dangerous and unpredictable person, the GMCU frowns upon looking towards him for assistance, any officer caught buying information from him is usually suspended immediately.
Sonozaki Wakana:
Her voice can be heard all over Futo, she's an idol with her own radio talk show and is known to many as the "Healing Princes". She is loved and adored by many people.
Sonozaki Ryubee:
Hailed as the Grandfather of Gaia Memories, an eccentric man who knows a great deal about Gaia Memories. He is currently missing, no one knows his exact whereabouts...
Sonozaki Saeko:
She's the head of DG Digital, one of the world's leading Gaia Memory distribution companies. A woman who will do anything to get what's she wants, the police always have her on close surveillance...due to the fact that not all of her activities are legal.
Sonozaki Kirihiko:
He acts as Sakeo's consort, secretary, and body guard. He makes a lot of public appearances, speaking on Saeko's behalf that Saeko herself otherwise won't.
The Countess:
A mysterious woman dressed in black, a murderer wanted by the GMCU for several crimes, her MO copies the movement of a Vampire: Stalking her victims at night, and then draining them of their blood. The leader of the Core Five, she holds the mysterious Vampire Gaia Memory.
Vampire Dopant:
A commander type Dopant, one that's highly dangerous and unpredictable. Capable of casting illusions both pyichal, and holographic to confuse and disorientate her opponents. A dopant that resembles a humanoid bat creature, with two huge wings drapped over her body like it was a cloak. Other weapons in her arsenal includes razor sharp claws, and energy projectiles.
