Kamen Rider W (Double) - Talk Up!
Kamen Rider Double takes place in the Wind Capital and follows the lives of Shotaro, a half boiled private investigator, and Phillip, a witch who has a link to the Dopant and Gaia Memories. Together these two are able to become Kamen Rider Double by using various Gaia Memories to achieve different forms for Double.

Oh whoa, that was....different. Well, the tone that is.
So I was right afterall:
Shotaro = Comic Relief
Phillip = Crazy XD
And the henshin was much different then I had in mind.
So, in all, it was a pretty good premiere.
