Just to add to that, if one is planning on burning the OST as a "regular" music CD, get the FLAC version. FLAC is to music files what ISO is to DVDs, a direct, exact digital copy, which makes it the preferred choice for making music (i.e. "regular") CDs.
If you're going to keep the files on your computer and/or on your iPod/MP3 player, then grab the 320kbps MP3 rip. With the conversion to MP3, it's as close to the original quality of the CD as one can get (the loss in quality won't be noticeable for most people anyway).
Lossless audio files like FLAC are at least 2-3 times larger than it's MP3 version. If you have an MP3 of a song that is 10MB, the same song in FLAC format can and will be between 25-30MB.
