MOBILE POLICE PATLABOR: DIVISION THREE, LET’S GO! (RPG THREAD)
Kido Keisatsu Patlabor
MOBILE POLICE PATLABOR: DIVISION THREE, LET’S GO!

In the late 1980's, the world's polar icecaps have melted causing oceans to rise. Coastal cities were affected including Tokyo. In the early 1990's barriers were constructed to stop the sea from taking the land. To aid this work, labors (large scale industrial robots) were developed. Tokyo developed the "Babylon Project". Designed to reclaim land and eventually fill Tokyo Bay, the project had its critics. Militant environmental groups such as the Beach House, Home of the Sea, and the Earth Defense Family used protest and sabotage to try and halt the progress of the project.
With terrorist action from these groups using labors, and other organized crime groups using them for criminal activities, came the formation of the Special Vehicles Unit Section 2 (SV2). This section used Patrol Labors (Patlabor) combat labor crime. The only problem is that some inside the police force and the public seem to treat the SV2 as a joke and think they are a money pit. The SV2 hanger is stuck upon on a lot of reclaimed land in the middle of nowhere, and the first division's labors aren't up to scratch. Division 2 does have better labors, but the personnel aren’t what you would call officer material. Most of the time disaster and bad press seem to follow them. They often have unwanted work forced upon them by other police units and even the military, but they always manage to get the job done.
By the year 2003, SV2 has become famous for these actions and has now earned some public recognition. But the criticism continued as the Babylon Project gets nears its mid stage of the project, increased Labor crime had forced the M.P.D to become out hand and out gunned most of the time. This in the end lead to a creation of two new Division 3 and 4, with the new division the labor teams aren’t stretched too thin, even thought the new divisions are equipped with upgraded modified models. The biggest concern is when they start how effective they will be, this is where our Story begins, as we follow the story of the men and women of the new division. Division 3, Let’s Go!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chapter One: Public Eye
“What does everyone think their doing?” The captain yelled into the phone, in his office. “How can you expect a Labor team to be acting on an alert if we don’t even have our Patlabors” He continued the loud yell, which could be heard throughout the old building. The old building was a torn down school but now it’s been turned into Division three’s hangar, the only part of the building that remain is a small dormitory area for the officer’s to rest and the captain’s office. Over by the old gym it was reconstructed to be a new hanger for the Patlabor Units and another couple of offices for the officers and mechanics as well as part storages.
Hibana broke her pencil tip every time she heard the captain yell out. “We have…both units here, were just missing the third I don’t see what the fuss is about” Kenta said with a bored tone getting some tea from the office.
“He’s just worried, we won’t have parts to fix them if something goes wrong” Hibana answered still writing her report the other officers are busy off doing their own things within the office. Kenta just ignored Hibana and left out of the room, causing her to put a bit before returning to finish the report. Suddenly a siren went off and an operator from HQ started “We have a Labor conflict in progress over on Highway nine Division Three move out, Division Three Move out”
The captain poked his head in through the door "well you heard then people let's move out over there!" with the end of his words Hibana, and the other officer grabbed there equipment and headed off the the site of the disturbance. As they arrived at the high way the path was blocked by traffic, but the sounds of fighting could be heard from the distance where they were, "Captain, the carrier can't get through this traffic sir" Hibana said and awaited an answer.
"I'll go on ahead, just get the command cars through and have the units walk there, we'll have to end the conflict before there batteries run out" Captain said and ended the call, " Okay, Mamoru san.... Deck up and move out to the scene with unit 2, you too Tsubasa with Unit one. move out there and await for command, block off the Tyrants from causing anymore damages. Unit One you move in first" Hibana said and forced the command car through to the scene.
(OOC: Okay everyone RPG has started let’s move out to the scene, A labor conflict is in progress and is obstructing traffic on a high way where construction was happen, our objective is to stop the fight between the two Tyrant model, additional information on this model will be posted in the sign up thread, remember semi NPC is in control so technically every character can be used as long as no rules is broken thanks send me questions if you have any, DO not forget to read your script before you reply in this thread, script is on the sign up thread)

"You got it!!" Keiji said as he fired up Unit 1 and hopped off the carrier before running toward Tyrants like a pissed off bull. As people saw the psycho Patlabor running they began jumping out of their cars like rats out of a sinking ship or driving up onto the sidewalks in fear that they would be crunched under Unit 1's big ass feet. After a few seconds the area looked like it had been the site of a monster truck rally which crunched cars, a few busted fire hydrants, and a car that somehow ended up in the side of a building.
Upon reaching the area where the Tyrants were clogging up what was left of traffic. "Allright assholes, knock this bullshit off or im gonna blow your heads off!!!" he yelled while pointing his revolver at them, apparently he was going by the old saying "Nothing gets an enemy to surrender faster than a big ass gun."

Mamoru saw Keiji's Buster get off the carrier and run towards the Tyrants, caring little for the safety of the people in his way. He soon saw the destruction that Keiji left in his wake which made him angry. "Doesn't he know how much damage he's causing?! He's doing more than the Tyrants!" A part of him wanted to go after Keiji and reprimand him for his reckless behavior, but his orders told him to stay put and he wasn't about to go against them. "Kenta, you can raise me." Inside the carrier, Kenta pressed a few buttons. The back of the carrier rose, causing Unit 2 to stand upright. The clamps holding Unit 2 were released, allowing Mamoru to move his Patlabor. Moving his labor off the platform, Mamoru waited for his order to move. "Officer Mamoru Sekimoto, ready and waiting for further orders." Hibana sighed at the stark contrast between the two forwards. Mamoru is so by the book, whereas Keiji is practically a loose cannon. Fate deals a strange hand sometimes... "Wait for now, Mamoru-san. Let me open a channel to the ones in the Tyrants."

Hibana sighed at the scene caused by the unit One Forward. "what's...going on with team one, I bet Kanaki has something to say about that and Wataru too..."before Hibana could get in a mic check she heard the scream " WHAT THE HELL IS TEAM ONE DOING!!!!" The caption screamed and muttered all sort of curses and profanity.
"heh...oh...dear.." Hibana said sweating at the thought of how much trouble they are in before talking to the criminal she talked to the scared civilian. Even thought many started to run away leaving empty cars in the path, making it hard for the Patlabors to get inside, Meanwhile the Tyrants kept on fighting ignoring the Patlabor with the gun pointed at them " You can't shoot dumbass cop thre to many building around stay out of our fight!" Said one of the criminal.
"Everyone this is Special Vechicle unit 2 division 3 we're conducting an operation please stay calm and try to move out of all Patlabor way" She said and recieved the same yelling from the people as the captian did ealier. Sighing she called up Mamoru " Mamoru please move in carefully, I'll be going in as well please move the cars out of the way so that the command car can get through, thank you"Hibana said, it's would probrably be best that she get near the Tyrants for them to hear her.

Meanwhile, in one of the command cars stuck in traffic, a middle-aged man with jet-black hair and a black eyepatch, observed a Patlabor bounding toward the problem area. However, this action greatly annoyed the middle-aged man -- Wataru Kitaoka. That idiot Keiji.......Causing more trouble than the criminals themselves, Wataru clicked his tongue in anger, listening to the sound of various cars being crushed under the feet of the sprinting Patlabor. Knowing that there was no time to waste, Wataru immediately grabbed his mobile radio and jumped out of the command car to follow the Patlabor. "HQ, this is Mobile Command 1. I am currently tailing Unit one to the scene on foot, over," he reported through his mobile radio as he continued running.

"No problem, Lieutenant." Moving his Clash Buster carefully over the cars, he started to push them out of the way so Hibana's command car could get to the Tyrants and Keiji. He did this slowly, not wanting to cause any more collateral damage, but this got some yells from some of the pedestrians. "Hey, move it faster! That fighting is only going to get worse!" Mamoru kept about his duty slowly, until he finally cleared the road enough for the command car. "Will all civilians please move off the road." Mamoru instructed over the Buster's speakers. "You can get through now, Lieutenant." Seeing the Tyrants continue their fighting along with Unit 1 pointing his gun at them, Mamoru kept silent as his anger seethed towards Keiji's conduct. And you call yourself an officer!

"ATTENTION You two why are you fighting in the middle of construction, your obstructing traffic, Quietly Exit your labor and we'll go easy on you" The Captain announced as to try to open negiociations. "NO WAY YOU STUPID COP!!! THIS GUY AND I GOT TO SETTLE THIS SO STAY OUT OF IT!" The Tyrant pilot said and he punched the other Tyrant in the head while the one that took the hit pushed the other tyrant close to near by building."YEAH AND TELL YOU STUPID IDIOT SUBORDINATE TO PUT THE GUN DOWN AND GO AWAY!"
I'm sure that... would stop Keiji from not destroying anything else....The Captain said to Kanaki who drove him up in the mini patrol. He doesn't speak anything back just like his nature. They then watched Unit 2 walk up passed him with the command car behind him. " Alright Wataru, well need to supperate those two so try to stop Keiji from doing something anymore stupid then he already did, Lieutenant"
"Yes Captain?" Hibana stopped the car and listened "go ahead and send him in"Hibana nodded and continue to follow the Labor up to the scene. "Mamoru please go ahead and suppurate them, watch out if they try to double team you , but I doubt they'll do too much with a gun pointed at them, use the stun baton and your gun as a last resort, we can't have anymore damages for the surrounding building, and that's quite a bad fall off that ramp. Please be careful"
(OOC: Trying not to leave Henshiner's char behind I used semi Npc to move him up with the captain)

Wataru, who had finally arrived at the scene of the disturbance after a strenuous sprint after the Unit 1 Patlabor, received a message from the Captain, telling him to attempt to separate the two battling Tyrants. "Roger that, Captain," Wataru replied through his mobile radio, his gaze shifting to that of the Unit 1 Patlabor and it's gun as he switched channels. "Keiji, you moron! Put down the gun and move in to restrict the movement of one of the Tyrants! Our objective is to subdue, not to destroy!" Wataru yelled angrily through the mobile radio, severely annoyed by his subordinate's actions.
Having finished his short tirade through the mobile radio, he switched channels once more, this time locking on to Hibana's frequency. "Mobile Command 2, this is Kitaoka. What's your status?" Wataru inquired, his voice exuding urgency.

"Nothing subdues better than a big gun!!" Keiji told him before firing at the legs and arms of the two Tyrants. Keiji was known for being a bit reckless, but he seemed worse than ever today, apparently he was fairly cranky to begin with and this just fired him up even more. After firing a few shots and pretty much using up his ammo he ran towards the two fighting Tyrants with his Stun Baton drawn. "Allright fucktards, your in construction Labors meant for building stuff, im in a police Labor intended for sub-duing stuff alot stronger than you, even if there are two of you and one of me I can still give you both a good ass kicking. So this is your last warning, get the hell out of the Tyrants or im gonna have to get really crazy on ya!"

(OOC: Using Semi-NPC control to have Hibana answer Kitaoka. I hope this post isn't speeding things up too fast...I'll edit it later if it is or if anything else is wrong.)
"I got that, Lieutenant. Thanks." After acknowledging Hibana's orders, he moved closer to the two Tyrants, and stood beside Keiji's Unit One. It was then that Hibana heard Kitaoka's urgent request for her status and switched over to his frequency. "I am currently at the scene and Unit 2 has just been ordered to move in. "
Mamoru had seen Keiji's wild shooting and the aftermath, which was damage to the surrounding buildings without doing next to little to the Tyrants. Are you trying to give us a bad name?! "As my fellow officer has stated, please exit the Tyrants. It would be better for all of our sakes if you did." The last part was, of course, a dig against his fellow officer. Announcing this from his Clash Buster's speakers, the two Tyrant pilots came to an agreement, annoyed by the constant interference of the police. "Hey, how about we shut them up before getting back to our fight?!" The other pilot agreed. "Yeah!"
The two Tyrants turned their attention now to the police labors, as Mamoru gritted his teeth. "Fine! If you resist arrest, I have no choice!" Drawing his Stun Baton, Mamoru swung it towards the Tyrant approaching him...but completely missed, misjudging the distance and hitting a lamppost instead, knocking it over. "Ah! Sorry!" The Tyrant pilot seemed insulted by Mamoru's inexperience, as his Labor grabbed the Buster's left arm and, after some resistance from Mamoru, ripped it clean off. This action started to piss the usually calm and stoic Mamoru off. You didn't mess with his Patlabor. You just didn't. "Give me Athena's arm back! You...!" Turning serious, he threw his Stun Baton at the Tyrant, hitting it square in the chest and knocking it into a nearby building, creating a noticeable hole in the buildings side. It did disable the Tyrant, however. Going up to the downed Labor, he pried his Buster's arm from it's now useless hands. Keeping an eye on the Tyrant so the person inside won't run, Mamoru muttered something to himself before opening a line to Unit One. "Athena-chan...This is your fault, Tsubasa! Things would go smoother if you followed your damn orders!"
