As for Kiriyama, he'd have to have also been busy to have passed up the chance and we've no way if knowing if he was even asked to appear. He jokingly mentioned on his blog when speaking of his role in the SHTZ net movies that he wouldn't hand over his character so easily to a random voice actor. Admittedly, the guy grunting for Double had his Shotaro impression down pat. You could at least tell the team for this movie was trying to be as respectful as possible with how the other riders were handled even when they didn't have the actors, especially with that glimpse of Sho, Phil, Terui and Goto.

I preferred Wizard's half even though I agree with what you said about Fourze's part. I wish Urasawa wrote some Wizard.

Oh yeah, the Double grunt at the start was really Shotaro-like, I'll give them that.

There are three VAs credited for the past Riders and nothing else in the movie, so, it wasn't stock audio.

That's something that happens in the original Akumaizer-3 TV show, though. One of them, I think Ibiru, gets shot and hurt by a normal gun.

Really? I haven't watched Akumaizer. Still, here it happens with Gahra (Gabra based character) and the presentation was basically the same as when grunts were hit, so I'm not sure if it was supposed to be an homage. Even if it was an homage, it seems rather out of place, considering how guns can't even scratch Wizard's grunts and these guys were supposed to be a threat to him.

You know, I actually think there is a scene in Akumaizer-3 where Gabura gets shot with a hunting rifle, and water gushes briefly out of the wound. Does Garra have Gabura's water weakness?

I think there's a scene where he was shown drinking water, but that's the closest thing in the movie. When he was hit by Rinko's gun, he just fell down with sparks flying around, no water or anything special. The presentation was the same as the one when she hit Dustards earlier in the movie.
