Admittedly, it came off a little bit before Gentaro and Tomoko got there, but my point still stands. He fights without it and a few seconds before others arrive and it magically disappears.

I think a bunch of Horoscopes will be used as just monster of the weeks for the final 16-18 or so episodes of the show, after Fourze gets Cosmic States. They need to do something to show that Fourze is progressing and these upgrades aren't just pointless, like the "Beyond Last One" concept after Scorpion was taken out.

The belts materialize out of nowhere, not sure why there's confusion that they can simply vanish as well? I think since it wasn't being used it simply disappears.

With all the wordplay and puns Kijima spouts in his dialogue, how do the translators from the various sub groups handle it? Just wondering.

Edit: Just read that Kijima's first name 夏児 can be read as Kani.

Yes all the Horoscopes have anagrams/special meanings in their names that match their constellation. It has been discussed in the rumour thread once new characters are confirmed to appear, to see if they are a potential Horoscopes or not.

Random thought about Fourze: Before we got official announcement of OOO, it was rumoured that the 2010-2011 KR would be based around the theme of constellations/horoscopes and have 13 Riders like Ryuki. So, I wonder if that idea was tossed around at Toei and then they decided to save it for the 40th anniversary series? Fourze does still have a large main cast ...
