I love Casshern! When you fully understand the story is when you truly love the movie. Its easily one of my favorite movies. I've watched it like 20 or so times already since I got it.

I think the people who hated this movie, just didnt understand it. They either groaned at the special effects and turned away from it. Or they didnt understand the story so they just didnt enjoy any of it. Its a shame too, cause this movie is too awesome.

I just showed it to my roommate last night, and he loved it. He also understood it the first time through, which was way better than I did.

It's not just a stupid special-effects, ass kicking superhero movie... it makes a real statement about war and human nature, and how we have to learn not to hate eachother- or else we're all screwed.

Not sure what you are saying. Go ahead and watch the movie if you havent seen it!

The end is in debate I think. Im still not sure, myself, what exactly happened.. Its a bit wierd. I think, the point of the ending is that Casshern and Luna die together and escape to another world to be reborn and start over. That's what I think happened at the very very end. But its not real clear so its up for debate.

But anyone who can grasp this movie on the first run is a better man than I am. I didnt catch alot of things until I watched it a second time. Thats when I fully realised the story and the little plot twists I missed entirely.

Yeah! My friend was like "Jesus Ass-F*cking Christ!" when he saw that. It was a stunning scene.

You know what was weird? There seemed to be a lot of difference in power between the Shinzo Ningen. Casshern could destroy an entire robot army but he couldn't beat Burai (the red cloak guy) in a fist fight, even though Casshern had a power suit and Burai didn't. And the small little retarded guy got killed by an ordinary human. Figure that out.
