I have not seen this yet, but was wondering how many tokusatsu actors/actresses are in it. I spot 2 riders from Kabuto and another from W from the cast list. Anymore?

That might be it, actually. Though it cracks me up that the first one had two actors who played Riders in Kabuto, and its remake has two different Kabuto actors in it. Playing different parts. :P

Just saw the first episode. In terms of the casts and actings, I prefer the 2007 version. I don't understand why they remake it after just 4 years with entirely different cast and is not even some sort of anniversary. Some of the characters uses the same hairstyles as the original too.

When you say Hiro do you mean Mizushima Hiro the hewas in the original Hana Kimi and he played as Minami Nanba

It was never crap, it's just different. The series is way less comical than the 2007 version, but that's not a bad thing. Except for episode 7 (which sucked ass) it is doing pretty fine IMHO.

I know I'm too late for this, but I'm just started this 2011 version some days ago, I agree about many unknown faces in this version sooner or later will become Toku actors too. :laugh:

I spotted Hiromu/Red Buster, he's 2011 Noe, while the 2007 version is Shunji Igarashi a.k.a Mebius actor.

And also one of Dorm 1 student is Dragon Zodiarts.

And there's also Narutaki and Owner as headmasters.
