[Scotty Rave]

The first in a trilogy, Neon Odyssey Evangelion takes place after Neon Genesis Evangelion leaves off. Kaoru has just been killed, Kaji is dead, Shinji is going through severe emotional trauma, Asuka is recovering from her mind rape from the 15th Angel and Rei has died twice now. Below is the story and the sign-up sheet. You can be any of the characters in the list although made-up characters are also encouraged.

NEON ODYSSEY EVANGELION

It has been precisely half a year since Shinji Ikari killed the 17th Angel and apparently ended their threat. Gendo Ikari has lost interest in SEELE's scenario and now he has broken away from them completely. Angered by this, SEELE have once more begun sending Angels to attack Tokyo-3. With one pilot suffering severe emotional drama and another recovering from a coma, Gendo has been forced to use the 'Marduk Institute,' to find new children to pilot the latest EVA models. The bases in America (NERV-02), Germany (NERV-03) and Britain (NERV-04) now serve a much bigger purpose in the approaching final battle between the Evangelion pilots the monstrous Angels.

Current Evangelions:
EVA Unit 00 - The prototype. Blue, white and crimson in colour with a single red eye. The pilot is Rei Ayanami. The soul core is Naoko Akagi. The original EVA model created by Gehirn along with Unit 01, Unit 00 wields a progressive knife the internal battery lasts for 5 minutes. Unit 00 is the best sniper due to the single eye.

EVA Unit 01 - The test type. Purple, green and orange in colour with two white eyes and a long horn on the forehead. The pilot is Shinji Ikari. The soul core is Yui Ikari. Created shortly after Unit 00, Unit 01 wields a progressive knife and the internal battery lasts for 5 minutes. Unit 01 seems to be the best all-around combatant.

EVA Unit 02 - A production model. Red, orange and purple in colour with four green eyes. The pilot is Asuka Langley Sohryu but was temporarily occupied by Kaoru Nagisa. The soul core is Kyoko Zepellin Sohryu. The first actual production model, Unit 02 wields a progressive knife however the internal battery only last for 1 minute. Unit 02 is most adept at close-quarter combat and possesses a higher level of agility.

EVA Unit 05 - A production model. Green, white and navy in colour with six blue eyes. The pilot is Cyrus Doyle. The soul core is Penelope Doyle. A fully working production model, Unit 05 wields a progressive knife and the internal battery lasts for 3 minutes. Unit 05 is the fastest combatant and possesses a faster spreading AT Field.

EVA Unit 06 - A production model. Camo, black and crimson in colour with two white eyes. The pilot is Yukikaze Kazenaga. The soul core is Yukiona Kazenaga. A fully working production model, Unit 06 possesses a progressive knife however the internal battery only lasts for 1 minute. This is because Unit 06 possesses a 'camouflage mode,' which allows it to blend in with its surroundings for a limited time.

APPEARANCE: Tall, dark hair, glasses, brown eys, slim, Very sarcastic person. Is good person but has his days. His favorite color is purple, Its a unique color for a unique person.
BIO: At the tender age of 5 his parents were killed by an angel attack. He was moved into a high securty boot camp. Many think that boot camp didn't work for him beacuse he always got introble. Everytime he sees an Eva or an angel he wants to fight to avange his parents. He attends 'Tokyo Middle School' in the 8th Grade. He loves Kendo and Ninjutsu. He trains to be a master at fighting.

NAME: Gendo Ikari
AGE: 48
ETHNIC: Japanese
OCCUPATION: Supreme commander of NERV
APPEARANCE: Gendo (http://www.lwhy.clara.net/nge/images/pic06.jpg) is a giant of a man, athletic in build. He has chiselled features and has very few expressions; angry, impatient, calm and arrogant confidence. He has wavy black hair and black sideburns that connect to the beard on the bottom of his chin. He has bushy black eyebrows and brown eyes, which he tends to hide behind his orange-tinted glasses. His usual clothing consists of a red jumper, black creased trousers, black boots, white gloves and a a brown coat with gold trim and a green badge to show his rank as supreme commander. Beneath his right glove is an imprint on his palm showing the embryo of the First Angel, Adam.
BIO: As a commander, Gendo is very experienced, secretive, always achieves results and is able to stay calm when in command, even when faced with dire situations. As a father, however, he is cold, heartless and even cruel. Gendo has never been there for his son, Shinji, and has made no real attempts to get to know him better, despite the fact that he's capable of doing so for Rei. He seems to almost be disappointed with Shinji and is content to treat his son as a complete stranger whom he may occasionally have a use for. It's no wonder why Shinji chose to run away at such an early age after his mother, Yui Ikari, died. Gendo met Yui during his University years, but it's always been assumed by many that his main reason for marrying her was so that he could get closer to her work and to the organisation she worked for, and that he had no real interest in raising a family.

Gendo may work for NERV, however, he doesn't share the same goals laid down by the UN committee, a cover in fact for SEELE, the backbone behind NERV, who seem intent on carrying out the Human Instrumentality Project; the next step in human evolution, the creation of a single perfect entity formed from the unity of all human souls. This is otherwise known as the Third Impact. All Gendo really cares about is carrying out the last wish of his wife; the prevention of a probable Third Impact instigated by Angels.

NAME: Cyrus Doyle
AGE: 15
ETHNIC: British
OCCUPATION: Student, pilot of Evangelion Unit 05
APPEARANCE: The most outlandish of the EVA pilots, Cyrus has an average build for a teenager with blue eyes and (dyed) green hair tied back in a ponytail. His hair is naturally auburn. When not wearing his green-and-white plug suit, Cyrus wears an outfit consisting of a white cricket shirt, a white cricket jumper with red-and-black trim, white cricket trousers, white-and-black cricket shoes and occassionally a neat, biege coat with red lining on the lapels.
BIO: The Sixth Child who was trained at NERV-04 before arriving at NERV Central. His parents worked for NERV, his father in public relations and his mother as a test pilot, however tragedy struck. During a test of EVA-05, his mother Penelope suffered from a bad fall and died shortly after in the hospital. His father Brian committed suicide the day after.

Despite this sad event, Cyrus is really the true heart of the group. He is almost always in a good mood and is very eccentric, trying to keep the spirits of his fellow pilots up. Secretly, he is in love with Asuka and is nervous about it. He constantly considers telling her how he feels but has yet to do so.

NAME: Kaori Takami
AGE: 22
ETHNIC: Japanese
OCCUPATION: Lieutenant of NERV-04, legal guardian of Cyrus Doyle
APPEARANCE: Kaori is slightly shorter than average although she is very shapely and possesses a noticeable bust size. She has dark brown hair usually fastened in a bun and brown eyes. Her usual clothing consists of a simple navy dress, tights, red high heels and her red NERV uniform jacket.
BIO: Formerly stationed at NERV-04 but now a temporary officer at NERV Central, Kaori Takami is a no-nonsense sort of person who takes a professional attitude around her co-workers and is easily infuriated when people stare at her chest when talking to her. Thankfully her superiors do not seem to have this problem.

As the legal guardian of Cyrus Doyle, it is Kaori's job to send regular progress reports back to NERV-04. She has trouble showing the soft side that Cyrus is determined to find although she does have hidden feelings for fellow officer Shigeru Aoba.

NAME: Yukikaze 'Garo' Kazenaga

AGE: 15

ETHNIC: 75% Japenese & a Quarter Arabic

OCCUPATION: No Occupation to this day other than college student and comic book artist

APPEARANCE: Despite his age Yukikaze is rather tall along with an exceptional athletic build due to genetic modification while he was still in utero which also resulted with giving him dark icy blue hair as well as silver eyes. He is normaly clothed in a silver shirt while wearing a dark blue jacket with matching pants and shoe's. Yuki carry's with him a realistic Faiz phone due to his Mother being a in suit actor for Kamen Rider Faiz

BIO: Yuki is a young man that is a tragic hero in some areas. After his mother and his younger sister died in a car crash which was staged by nerv to complete an experiment his mother had participated in some time ago.

While yuki was the tender age of four. His father out of grief and as a last act of fatherley love sent him away to learn diffrent things rather than seeing a broken man drinking away his sorrow's. Yuki was sent to his uncle Garland Kazenaga Da'sahara who is known in the egyptian military as "The Desert Jackal' or " Neo Anubis"he is also an recruitment agent in NERV 04 for Potential eva pilots.

Immedley Garland took his young nephew into training in the military and Various other fighting arts. While his aunt Shara Da'sahara involved him in the arts after four years of intense training Yuki left egypt for other places such as Hong Kong and England for eva training being that his uncle was an angent of Nerv 04.

Being a graduate of London university at the age of thirteen. Yuki still harbors a deep seeting hatred for his father which evolved into a hatreed for weakness which will put him and shinji at odds ends. He also holds a secret bloodlust to destroy the angels via any means even if he has to kill his fellow pilot's to make the mission a success

NAME: Asuka Langley Soryu

ETHNIC: 75% Japanese, 25% German
OCCUPATION: Student, pilot of Evangelion Unit 05
APPEARANCE: Average height, but weight and everything else is a kept secret. Blue eyes and reddish-brown hair (reaches down towards her back). When not wearing her school uniform or plug suit (when having to pilot EVA-02), Asuka wears a yellow sundress and red dress shoes with a strap.
BIO: Asuka is extremely confident and constantly struggles onwards trying to better herself over others. Since her mother, Kyoko Zeppelin Souryu who worked for NERV, went insane after an accident, in which she tried to synchronise with EVA-02, and later committed suicide many years ago, Asuka has immersed herself heavily in her own pride; possibly her way of dealing with her tragic loss. As a result of this she is often unwilling to accept any kind of help and advice from others, and will rarely ever admit to making a mistake. She can also be very annoying at times and is known to look down on people, especially Shinji, however, she would never intentionally hurt the feelings of others.

Sentairanger, you're still not in. The first Angel attack, Second Impact, was 16 years ago in 2000AD, meaning that if his parents were killed in an 'Angel Attack,' then he would never have been born in the first place. Also, if you want to be an EVA pilot you need to have some kind of connection to NERV and EVA in general. Plus the EVA pilots attend 'Tokyo-3 Junior High School,' and more specifically, class 2-A. The EVA pilots in general were born around the time of Second Impact, so they are all 15-16 years old.
