Kamen Rider W Returns -2 Movies confirmed!

It just went back to previous discussions....... Akiko getting a divorce because Terui was with a woman behind her back... :laugh:

Which is why it feels like Akiko regressed back to the way she was when W started. Since during the later part of the series she matured, especially where she would hit people with that slipper. At first it started as annoying, then it came to where they deserved it.

A regression would kind of make sense, though. Akiko's big change in the story was growing more confident in herself, her friends, and her work. She has no reason to display that same confidence as a newlywed.

The first year of marriage is usually an adjustment period, especially if-- as in Akiko and Ryu's case-- the couple has never lived together before. So if Akiko is acting out because she's uncertain, well, that's pretty believable.

I understand it's speculations right now... Until you've/we've actually seen the Direct to DVD movie, let's give the lady a chance.... We still don't know the whole reasoning behind the "divorce" rumors... :laugh:.... Or have you folks forgotten about the issue with Akiko over at the OOO/W Core movie? :laugh:

It just comes down to where you have to see it for yourself. Especially since the reviews on Movie War Core came from other people's pov.

Same. I'm waiting on my Blu-ray to arrive for the full visual watching and then the TVN subs for the reading. I always appeciate Rider movies alot more when I've watched them twice (once raw, once subbed).

The site has updated and they now have a blog. They have also started a cast introduction which will be done every week, it's currently about Terui. Not much that's actually important, but they gave 3 keywords of the both movies.

Accel:

Kamen Rider W had a detective theme, however Eternal's movie will have absolutely nothing with that. Instead it will focus more on fights. Eternal's movie will have a similar feel to Cyborg 009.

Also, on the twitter it says that Terui will have plenty of fights without transforming.

Everytime I see Terui with only the Engine Blade, it gave me the impression that made him look like either a badass or some guy who had a hard time using a heavy sword.

Why would they do that? It's not like Kamen Rider and 009 have any connection through one person. >.>

When you think about it Eternal's story is more like the Showa Riders than any recent Rider.

I'm excited for the Accel movie. Post-series stuff is what I'm most interested in seeing, and I like the nonstop action thing. If it means tons of explosions and Futo cops getting thrown in the air while Terui runs around with his big sword telling everybody not to question him, I'm all for it.

Eternal 358/2 Days might be interesting. On the one hand I kinda feel like I know all I need to about NEVER from the Double movie. That was a perfect rise and fall of the characters and the flashback really covered everything I wanted to see. But if they're as fun as they were in that, I could watch some more of them.

I suspect what the Eternal movie is really going to go into is the origins of the NEVER project and how it relates to Gaia Memory technology. The characters really have nowhere else to go and a prequel movie by definition can't have much in the way of surprising plot, but W's setting has plenty of room left to explore. Prequels are also really good vehicles for exploring setting.

There's also a niconama held by the band, the tweet on W Return says there might be something about Kamen Rider. Starts in 45 minutes. Which is midnight in Japan.
