^ True, but I have my reasons:

A: A lot of people wanted their dopants to have psychological attacks, viewing what custom Dopants have been posted so far.

B: Sometimes, it can sound a bit TOO powerful, which will make it like a kind of god modding, and over powering. And there might be a few people who could take advantage of the power and makes it so that no one can ever touch them...

Josh carries a pair of personal Desert eagles with magazines of explosive rounds as well as a diamond edged combat knife fitted with a sonic vibrational system to make the blade vibrate at intense speeds to increase damage on contact.

The Hunter Dopant can morph the following weapons out of the environment depending on the material's he can use
Scythe: a long rod-like object with a mass of metal to form the blade
Bow: another rod-like object with a suitable elastic medium like some fabric or a plant vine
Arrows: small approximately 60 centimeter long rod-like objects like sticks or twigs (he has to form each one individually)
Firearms: He can bolster the abilities of existing ballistic firearms to be (medium) effective in damaging Dopants and/or Riders.

Gaia Memory Abilities: The 'Hunter' memory is able to take most objects from the environment and morph them into weapons for Joshua's personal use (Think Kuuga), it is able to critically analyze its 'prey' in a short period of time to determine its strengths and weakness (and any noticeable injuries that can possibly be exploited). The Hunter Dopant is also very good at 'tracking' like a Hunter would track its prey, looking for subtle signs like compacted grass etc (this is rendered almost useless being at how a Dopant can just leave a plain trail of destruction in its wake)

weaknesses: The compatibility of the Hunter memory is very dependent on Josh's mental state, if he is being calm, patient and using his brain to exploit his opponents weaknesses with preciscion strikes to certain areas of a body like a 'Hunter'. The compatibility ratio and power goes up, likewise if he is in a hasty anger trying to dispatch his 'prey' as quickly as possible, the compatibility goes down and the memory begins to corrupt his mind and personality to be cold and heartless.

Have to say 'no' on that one JSF-chan. That would be overpowering to have that added. If like for example take my character, since my villian has the power to manipulate the wind Izumi would have that ability to fly since she's relying on her power to do that. Your character's power would need something to give them that ability. The two selected really does not fit, I'm sorry.

seriously - if its going to remain the same as in the show-the names for Trigger and Metal's maximums don't make much sense unless Kamen Rider's Luna and Heat respectively are there to bolster their attacks?

and the thing with the Arms dopant is that it carried its weapons around and its attacks caused a noticeable amount of collateral damage. Hunter is designed for precision AND it can only form weapons from the materials available in the environment.

It is a good idea, but don't look to Hina joining on that action. I've already spoken with DK why Hina wouldn't be doing that or consider Koumori as a rival in terms of the show business. She will just simply think that those (including Koumori) to being not serious enough.

Bio: Kaji was the kind of child that saw everything in life as a game, even after it had gone long past the point of being fun or safe. The first time this came to light was during his elementary school years. When he was eight he took a game of "Doctor" too far, resulting in him knocking his classmate unconscious and cutting into his stomach with a pair of scissors. When asked why he did what he did, his only response was that he was simply playing his role.

Following the incident, he was placed in a mental institution. He hated it in there; he was trapped for doing something he didn't even believe he was wrong in the first place. As the months began to go by he became more and more vehement about getting back to the world he once knew, leading to multiple failed escape attempts. He knew he was going to rot in those padded walls; he had to get out somehow. One day upon trying to make a crude lockpick, he cut himself and his blood splashed upon the wall. He saw it trickle down, and it took a familiar shape: that of a tree. It was then he realized that if he could not reach the world outside he would recreate it within his walls.

The same night it was noticed he'd never went on bathroom break with the rest of the patients. They opened the door to his room to find that he'd drawn an entire cityscape on the walls and floor out of his own blood. Kaji was covered in wounds and passed out. When he awakened he was in the high-security wing, his arms bound and heavily sedated. He would be in this place for almost three months when out of the blue, a woman was allowed to enter his cell.

She told him that she had seen his work, and admired his strength and courage to recreate and take back what people tried so hard to take from him. She undoes his bonds and takes him with her, saying she will need a person like him in order to create a world even better than that he left behind. He made it back to the world he once knew but it was no longer enough for him. Thanks to the Countess, he could create something more.

Dopant Ability: Cheshire has the ability to twist and distort any non-living object he touches. The largest he can alter at one time is a mid-sized car. Via his distortion, the objects size, weight and shape can all be changed dramatically. As for fighting style, he tends to take two small rods he keeps on his person and alter them into a tomahawk-like form.

Gaia Memory Abilities: The user's rage heigntens to Dopant's physical capabilities. Giving it super strength and speed.

Bio: Marcus was born into a middle class family in Futo, his childhood was that of the norm, except that Marcus was different. He had a mean-streak, while he appeared benign, Marcus inside, was malicous, angry and ambitious. He always had great ambition and it carried him through school, up until the day he applied for a job at Sonozaki Saeko's company.

While working at Saeko's company, he observed something that he shouldn't have seen. A Gaia Memory distribution. Between Junpei Igarashi and Sonozaki Saeko. Seeing a chance, Marcus attempted to blackmail them both. But the plan backfired. Saeko, using her gold Gaia Memory, the Taboo Memory, attempted to get rid of him with a plasma ball. Inches away from death, Marcus thought his life was over. Until she came. A mysterious veiled woman called the Countress came. The Countress gave him a ultimatum. She would give Marcus an opportunity at revenge against Sonozaki Saeko, in return for being a soldier for her. He accepted, and she gave him the Rage Memory. Joining the Core Five till this very day.

Weakness: When Marcus enters a his 'rage' state, his rage makes him fixated on one target, completely ignoring another target, making it easy for an opponent with more than one person to defeat him.
