Commander types must be villians(You can have them turn good at some point in the RP). But if you can come up with a good enough reason for someone, being able to resist the Gaia memory corruption...then I'll allow good Dopants.

well I have an idea for a commander dopant (I don't think I should play it but someone might XD)
the 'Soul' Dopant. with the abbility to manipulate people's souls (and therefore their personalities) if they don't activly resist. given enough effort, the Soul dopant could wrench a person's soul from their body renering it a vegetable- a living shell of a person (if left unatteneded a soul will always return to its body)

I gotta lay down some ground rules for custom Dopants...

What I DON'T WANT are dopants that are able to totally render his opponents useless, however...I'm willing to let things like a powerful strong defense, or damaging pychichal attack slide...and if he does have some kind of ability like that...then incldue at least ONE weakness or limiter.

I understand monsters need to be more powerful then Riders...but...again...no god modding.

I'll say it again: please do not make a dopant's abilities too broken!!!!!

Really...I have no problem if people want to make strong dopants...but my biggest worry is that people might use it as an excuse to god mod. >_>

The ability to manipulate the moon does sound a little over powered IMO. Because...what's stopping him from just moving the moon so that it smashes into the earth?

Eh what I really meant was absorbing the power of the moon, not exactly manipulating it. The only way that works is by absorbing the energy the moon gives off at night. And, it's gotta be a full moon. I didn't mean manipulating the moon, rather the power it gives off.

But if it's still not ok, then I won't put it on. But if you do allow it, I promise I won't even use it unless I've asked you.

Kiba was feared all around the underground world for his deadly martial artist skills, so many tried to avoid him. Due to his scary reputation and deadly skills, The Countess had found Kiba one day after a fight and handed him the Alpha Memory and a driver. With the power of the Alpha Dopant at his disposal, Kiba sets up his very own little agenda of dominating territories for himself. His current whereabouts are unknown, but once summoned, he appears and disappears by the wind.

Bio: Marcus was born into a middle class family in Futo, his childhood was that of the norm, except that Marcus was different. He had a mean-streak, while he appeared benign, Marcus inside, was malicous, angry and ambitious. He always had great ambition and it carried him through school, up until the day he applied for a job at Sonozaki Saeko's company.

While working at Saeko's company, he observed something that he shouldn't have seen. A Gaia Memory distribution. Between Junpei Igarashi and Sonozaki Saeko. Seeing a chance, Marcus attempted to blackmail them both. But the plan backfired. Saeko, using her gold Gaia Memory, the Taboo Memory, attempted to get rid of him with a plasma ball. Inches away from death, Marcus thought his life was over. Until she came. A mysterious veiled woman called the Countress came. The Countress gave him a ultimatum. She would give Marcus an opportunity at revenge against Sonozaki Saeko, in return for being a soldier for her. He accepted, and she gave him the Rage Memory. Joining the Core Five till this very day.

Ok, here's the repost of my bio. I updated a few things, and I'm picking the wind/fire ability for not. I do have a question though. Since my Dopant has wings, does that mean I can't have him fly because flight is also another ability?

Kiba does not answer to anyone in particular besides The Countess. He also seems to have a thing for torturing humans for his own amusement. The GMCU isn't aware of who or what Kiba really is because they do not have a clear image of him. All the evidence that proves that Kiba even exists is a picture of his shadow in a dark alley.

Despite being a Commander Type Dopant, Kiba doesn't get along with his fellow members as well. He prefers to be a lone wolf and would not mind killing his own comrade if he has to.

As The Devil, Kiba patrols the city for something fun to do. He seeks someone who can match his powers and defeat him. However, non could seem to match his powers.

Despite being comrades of the Core Five, Kiba despises Kurata Keiji and his crew. He sees them as a nuisance and would rather do all the jobs himself.

Dopants like that tend to be more stroy driven than just your regular beat-em ups baddies.
