I would also recommend watching The Dream Team 2, like a sports event but with celebrities. As for older eps, you would need to go to the Fan forums for certain groups, or youtube.

Makane rebelli. 20D starting subbing the first few eps, and stopped, others have been subbed just depends on who quest-starred.

Idol Army: depending on who hosted it (Super Junior, FT Island, 2PM, Kara, and MBLAQ) go to their fan forums. or youtube.

I remember a few years ago, some kid on Rangerboard did a project like this...mostly focusing on tokusatsu. It was pretty neat, he recorded it and even brought in his Den-O and Zeronos belts and showed them off to his class. 'course one kid called him a loser, but he played it off easily.
