It's cute. You do better than Rito honestly. You have a better voice for it, you seem to have more confidence. Though my advice would be to talk louder, clearer, and with more power. It's just sometimes, I dont know why, you talk so quietly just like Rito. Most people only do that when they are trying to sound nice or arent confident in their comfortable, natural voice. You should just talk comfortably and loudly. You get better with your voice down the road in the episodes. Which is good.

But man who is that guy talking with you? He's so low voiced it's annoying to try and understand him. He should take after you and talk louder. He should project his voice the same way as you. You do a great job with your voice on these podcast sometimes. Most of the times. But sometimes you lower your voice and that's when it sucks. when you are loud, clear, and just going off on some discussion you are great.

Whoever the guy is gah. He's like totally forgetable where as you dominate. It's also because he never has anything to say. He's usually just the parrot in the background just repeating what you say or chuckling in his low breath. Like he doesnt know what to say where as you what you want to say and you say it.

Thanks! About the low voice thing, this ep was one of my earlier recordings, so at times I don't want to talk so loud because my mom is in the other room, lol. And Jer (the guy you're talking about) didn't want to wake up his folk, so with him it was even worse. Also, that was Jer's first go at it with the podcast (Ep 8 he talks a lot more, which was recorded after Ep 9), so in later eps, he talks a lot more. And Ep 9 was part of a long recording, so to be fair he talks more in the latter part of the recording that wasn't published.

In any event, thanks for the criticism! Trust me, you'll love Ep 10! :D

Lisa does have a naturally great radio voice. I'm still working on being more confident, but I think I've become--all of us on RC have--more confident and relaxed behind the microphone. Of course, much of my quietness comes from me being so generally calm.

Lisa what are the requirements to make a video iPod ready?

I encode on my Mac, so I use ffmpegx to make the .mov files. iMovie can also export the video file in iPod video mode (.m4v). Most likely though, you're not using a Mac, so I'm sorry that I don't know for PCs.
