That scan popped up at the end of the tv series, with a bunch of what ifs for the ending. It's nothing new.

Neo-Fangire were the mentioned in the last episode, though all we saw was the big vortex thing in the closing moments. Though I'd like to see more of either, the movie guys had some cool ideas behind them too.

seems photoshopped since the Climax Form with Sieg and Deneb are confirmed fake.

A world hopping Rider that actually uses that theme effectively, showing different enemies and Riders in each world, is only feasible for a weekly tv show if it reuses past materials during most of its run.

"Neo-Fangires" would need multiple new suit designs which would be basically wasted in a 2 episode arc and then only would get cameos afterwards. Kiva itself didn't even introduce any designs for them or for the 4th Kiva's true form. The cost probably would be just too high for that.

That was in the picture that seems to have been a fake--he might still be there, but he's kind of busy shooting 853 right now. The only roles I can see him in are either old Ryotaro or Kotaro's dad.
