Personality: Azazel is cold cunning person, though loyal to Chaos. Seems to have a history with Hayley, and bears a grudge against her.
Tokusatsu Power: Kamen Rider Mouko (Fierce Tiger)
Rider Appearance, always in 'Rider Form' (Masked isn't done yet lol)

Very Rough Pencil's at this point but I like it so far lol. The Zecter is a cat (similar to Saswords Scorpion, though it can't been made out at this point)

Bio: Little is known of the one called ‘Azazel’. At some point in time he came into the service of Chaos, for reasons known only to him. He remains in the shadows of the den-liner, rarely making conversation with anyone other than Chaos. Though he’s lately seen talking with Suzuku, seemingly due to their similarities. His main focus in on the rider known as ‘Rei’ though why remains secret.

It’s unknown how Azazel acquired his rider power, which is similar to Kabuto, and whispers in the dark say that he can summon his own version of the Hyper Zecter, though it’s mere rumor.
