Look at the releases of GH during the Harmonix years compared to when they left the series. There were two (three maybe? Did they do 80's?) that wasn't supposed to be an endless series of cashing in. Each release of AAA high quality great games. Not yearly trash to fool the people who don't pay attention to gaming.
It's disgusting, and it's turned from one of my very favorite series to one of the most shameful things in videogames today.

I don't know, it doesn't look that bad. The songs are actually pretty good for the most part. Too bad I don't buy Guitar Hero anymore, as I'm sticking with Rock Band instead.

It's not an issue of track list to me, it's just the game as a whole.

I would totally buy this if not for the fact that after playing Rock Band I don't think I could enjoy Guitar Hero as much.

Yup, they worked on 80's. That was more of a salute goodbye and a contract fulfillment, and it shows. The game is merely an "expansion" without the expanding-to-the-game part.

Yeah, and 80's was thought to be so bad (compared to the others at least) when it first came out. After that I long for another game in the series of the same quality. The newer ones are such rush jobs and completely miss the attitude and point the series originally had. So sad... :170:
