I say, sure there a lot of people who are really good posters and who deserve Mod positions but I think we should not give them mod abilities and have them as "undercover", when you think about it, we all are moderators as long as there is a report button, then we all can be "undercover" so the "baddies" don't know who reported them...

I wouldn't make a good mod on these forums no. They are run very differently than any other forum I have ever been to.

Some people just arn't cut out for being mods. Some people have aggressive attitudes.

No I do not care to give examples. I stand by some people are not capable, or meant to be mods. When a person aggressively pounds some one they shouldn't be a mod. That is why I let a couple other guys mod the tokuraws forums. I know how my personality is, and I know how I can get sometimes.

JFC is an example of a good mod. He is fair and polite. If you break a rule he takes care of it. He does not play favorites, and he listens to both sides. That is how a mod should be.
