no i meant with the same that he's still a extra nothing important to the story between 1986 and 2008. while the other characters like Mio begin having something important to the story after a few episodes after they were introduced.

His importance is that he's about to let Wataru down, and be another person Wataru tried to form a bond with, but couldn't.

I'm not sure how that'll play into the story arc, but it definately plays into the character arc. If Kengo wasn't important, he wouldn't be there.

Summary-

In the present, Nago and Megumi try to cheer up the love-lost Wataru by giving him a party. However, Taiga shows up. He, Wataru and Mio head to an amusement park. But, a man starts taking hostages there. Kengo shows up, defeating the escaped criminals. He makes a declaration to Wataru- they are no longer friends. To add to Wataru's bad day, the bloody rose breaks, and Kiva and Saga confront each other.

When he shows up, Kengo had better either 1) have a robot arm that electrocutes the criminals and he gets to steal the Leang- I mean Sagarc and become Saga for two episodes, or 2) have the Chop Hopper Zecter.

Personally, I feel it'll be more interesting, as I do want to see Wataru make his own, but I feel it has a higher meaning than that. Especially now, he won't know when Fangire's attack or are active.

Added summaries for 35 to 37. And here's some info:

KIVA FLIGHT STYLE:

Kiva's awakened form after Emperor Form. It is a rare ability/form that only Half-Fangire can achieve, plus, the person transforming must have an unbelievable amount of demonic energy. It's finishing move is the "Bloody Strike". Because of the excess of demonic energy, not event Kivat can completely control the form. It remains on flight style's body in case of emergency, where it bites Wataru to put him back in control.


WHAT HAPPENS IN OCTOBER:

-Noboru Taiga is Saga. Although he is preparing for the wedding with his queen, he has no idea of her true feelings for Wataru. And of Wataru, does Taiga really care about him, or is it just a means to an end?

-An eternal triangle has formed between Wataru, Mio and Taiga. Even if Mio does love Wataru, he cannot stand in the way of Taiga's marriage. However, something unexpected happens...

-Maya appears in the present, to advise Mio, who is unsure of her mission as Queen

-Maya, who altough hates humanity, loves their art, is attracted to Otoya's talent at playing the violin. Maya was the apprentice of the great composer Vivaldi, 300 years ago, and learned violin from him. Hence, she asks Otoya if they could make a violin together. What is the secret of this violin, the Bloody Rose, and what is it's connection to it's inheritor, Wataru?

-Bishop, who is working behind the scenes in both the past and present age, finally begins to show himself. Knowing that Wataru is Kiva, he begins to give the boy information on Maya, his mother. In 34, he finally transforms into his Fangire Form, which appears to be based on a swan. What is his power?

-Though Yuri, who had killed her mother's killer, wanted to rest in happiness now with Otoya, the situation with Maya unhinges everything

-His right arm injured by a Fangire, Kengo returns to the story after a while in episode 34. Though Kengo has effectively lost his dream, he has been offered a place as a soldier for the Blue Sky Organization, by Shima. Kengo is nonimated to replace an injured Nago as Ixa...




So as expected, Kengo will not become a 4th rider, but rather replace Nago as Ixa for a short time. Kengo also cuts his hair, I'll try to post the pictures later, "Swan Fangire" is included there too.
