I heard Emperor Form's early debut was because of Kiva's suit actor not wanting to change costumes very much. As much as I'd like to see a stronger Kiva form, it's not likely we'll get another one.

So the whole reason why we have an overuse of emperor form is because the suit actor does not like to change costumes... >:(

...that doesn't make any sense. Kiva's other forms only entailed swapping out PARTS of the costume, not the whole damn thing. If anything it was MORE work to swap between Kiva form and Emperor form.
