I'm not sure if Otoya in person is still alive but in episode 20, he lived inside Wataru's body calling himself Otoya to the Ladybug Fangire.

I got it, I think that I...as well as the others on this board, would like it if you show us just how good it is. I want YOU to do the Otoya dance.

I think something becomes legendary by others telling of it, and recreating it. So, if you want to be a hero for the future generation of Otoya dancers, do it, and put it up here for all of us to see!

If you can't do this...the dance must not be all that legendary, right?
