Kamen Rider Kabuto: NEXT (RPG Thread)

Joichi caught the suitcase as it tumbled to the ground, barely dropping it. Now, all I have to do is henshi and I'll- Joichi fell back to one knee, his sending a blaze of pain through his body. Dammit! There's no way I can fight like this. I don't think I can even henshin right now. But if someone who could had this... Joichi lifted himself from the ground, gritting his teeth from the pain. He had to get to Ayane.

The Substworm Astaci came out of hyper speed as it stared at the red Kabuto, it's claws snapping wildly. A pixelated image of it's human face appeared, a look of annoyment covering it.

"You have interferred long enough, Kabuto. You cannot stop the inevitable once the spores hatch." The Worm ran at Kabuto with powerful slashing movements, it's skills obviously higher than other Worms.

[Gatack Striker]

Kabuto, who got up after getting knocked down by the Astaci's claw, Stared down the Executive as its pixelated human face jeered at her. "It is you that is mistaken, Worm. Destiny will continue to smile at me....for I am the daughter of destiny," Ayane smirked under her helmet, aware that her opponent was more powerful than her. Nonetheless, she quickly rushed in and began pummeling the worm with punches, unaware of the weapon hidden inside the suitcase she tossed to Joichi.

The red Rider's punches felt like mere taps to the Executive Worm, not even flinching at her attempts. Then, it counter-attacked with a vicious series of claw attacks, slashing the red armor. It didn't need to kill the girl. It merely had to stall until the spores in the spike hatched. Then, time would handle the rest.

Joichi had limped his way to the parking area, a large hole protruding from the wall giving him an easy exit. His eyes fixed upon the group of Salis Worms circled around an orange Worm fighting Ayane... and winning. The Salis Worms noticed the wounded Rider and attacked, their claws at the ready. Though battle-damaged, Joichi still had the skills to dodge the Worms. He had one shot and he'd need to do it fast.

"Ayane! Catch!" Joichi opened the case, grabbing it's content and chucking it over the Salis Worms. The object soared overhead... then changed direction, heading straight toward Ayane.

[Neko-Ranger]

Akimoto gasped as the suitcase fell. He fell onto his back, as he was still weak from his earlier adventure. He sat himself up, and looked around. "Okay, how long was I asleep?" he asked, confused. He looked at Joichi, and saw that he had the suitcase. /Oh. Ayane must need the suitcase./ He thought. He just couldn't think of how to get it to her at the moment. He tried standing up, but he just didn't have the energy. "Okay. What happened?" He asked, still confused. The next thing he knew, Joichi had chucked it over the Salis Worms and to Ayane.

Ayane, who battled the Executive worm with all her might, felt herself getting pummeled by the various claw strikes the worm delivered, the last one knocking her to the ground. Ughhh....Now I truly see why even Taiyo-kun had problems with these Worms she thought to herself, pushing herself off the ground with a bit of difficulty. As the worm approached her, however, she noticed it stop all of a sudden, as if it was afraid of something. Whatever question Ayane had at the time would instantly be answered by a red and silver Zecter hovering in front of her face. The Hyper Zecter.......sou ka. That's probably why Aoi-kun asked me to get his suitcase... Ayane smirked under the Kabuto Helmet, grabbing the Hyper Zecter and locking it into place on her left waistpad. "Hyper Cast off!" Ayane announced, pushing the lever down. In an instant, a charge of tachyon energy surrounded her, replacing the sleek Rider Form armor with a bulkier, yet more powerful-looking Hyper Form. Noticing the Executive worm commence its attack once more, Ayane instantly blocked the claw strike, and retaliated with a furious flurry of punches.

The Substworm Astaci staggered backwards at the sheer power of Ayane's punches, grabbing it's stomach in pain.

"How? How is this possible?" The Executive let out a cry, one that shattered nearby window and sent the birds flying. That screech was a calling to the remaining Salis Worms at the park to it's location. Hundreds of Worms appeared from their various places of refuge to attack the Hyper Kabuto.

The Cirripediworm staggered, it's legs battered from the onslaught of Dark Kabuto. If their ever was a time to perform a group attack, now would be the time.

Right now.

You get what I'm saying?!

Hearing the worm let out an earsplitting shrill of frustration, Ayane merely smirked under the Hyper Kabuto helmet, knowing that she has gained a new weapon. Without a moment's hesitation, she grabbed the Substworm Astaci and gave it an authoritative uppercut, instantly launching it into the air. "Hyper Clock Up!" Ayane announced, tapping the circular button on the Hyper Zecter. In an instant, pieces of her armor began to open up, with holographic insectoid wings sprouting from her back, as time drastically slowed down. With the worm slowly falling to the ground, Ayane pressed down on the horn lever of the Hyper Zecter, causing a computerized voice to announce "MAXIMUM RIDER POWER". She then pressed the three leg buttons of the Kabuto Zecter and pushed the horn back to its original position. "Hyper.......Kick!" Ayane said softly, tugging the Zecter horn back to Rider Form position, causing a Tachyon charge to develop on her right leg. She immediately leaped into the air and nailed the Substworm Astaci with a charged flying dropkick, causing it to explode. Upon finishing off the Executive worm, Ayane landed safely on top of a soda machine just as a computerized voice announced "HYPER CLOCK OVER", and immediately turned her attention back to Joichi and Akimoto.

Joichi was amazed at the raw power displayed by Ayane, defeating that Worm with ease. Joichi limped over to Ayane and looked her new armor over.

"That... was amazing. If I'd of known what that thing did, I would've used it earlier." Joichi's praise for Ayane was cut short when he noticed that the trio was urrpunded by hundreds of Salis Worms closing in on them. "I don't suppose that thing has anymore juice in it, right?" Before the Worms could attack, the giant spike that lay in the center of the park began to pulsate once more, this one shacking the ground. Suddenly, the greens sacs that infested the outside began to swell until they burst, a green mist emerging from them. The mist began to spread across the park until it seemed to disappear, the spike crumbling to the ground. The Worms seemed to stand motionless for moments before turning away from the trio and disappearing into the darkness.

In the rubble outside the park, a bloody arm reached itself out and clawed the gound, forcing itself out. The bloody arm belonged to the Substworm Astaci, half-dead and missing it's right arm. The girl stared at the trio from a distance, it's face covered with spite. A lone Salis Worm came from the shadows and picked the young Executive from the ground, carrying her into the shadows. The Executive's revenge would need to wait. For now, it would need to heal...

Luppi and Hikari were wearing out the worm and he said," You ready." Hikari nodded and So Luppi said," Ok lets kill this bitch." Luppi pulled the back of the Drake zector and said," Rider shooting." He charged up the blast and shot it in the air. Hikari the ran towards the back of Luppi and pressed the first button preparing for her kick. Then she jumped off his shoulders and pressed the second. Hikari was close to the blast and said," Ok hope this works." Hikari pressed the third button and pulled the horn forward and back to place and said," Rider Kick." She then kicked the blast downward with her Rider Kick and almost like a spike in volleyball it crashed into the worm, killing it. Hikari landed on Luppi and he was laying on his stomach and said," Its ok." She got off his back and he stood up and saw the new power that Ayane has gained.

Luppi was saw the power that Ayane showed and he walked up to Hikari and said," What is that dear god the power she has enough power to defeat us all, I am not sure that I like this." Luppi was enraged at the power Ayane gained and said," Well I am leaving need to get some sleep, well thanks Hikari today was fun, one day though I am going to take that new zector she has gained away from her." Luppi got on his zectron and drove back to his house.

Luppi walked into his house and sneaked his way to his room and said," That was insane when she did that hyper clock up it was as if I had frozen not just slowed down, there was no time to react." Luppi passed out thinking of what would happen if it he fought her.

[Kai Narukami]

After being tossed by the executive worm Yoh was pretty hurt and was close to being out cold when he saw Ayane transform into Hyper Kabuto and defeat one of the worms. "She is the daughter of....." He passed out from the damages he still had from Kabuto and the worm and soldiers.

<OCC: Sorry folks(Especially Magipink.) End of school term was really hectic and I couldn't devote as much to RPGing. That however will change since I'm gettting work finished one by one. Once again I apologize folks.>

After the fight, Takio decided that they head to his place. Riding his machine zectron, Takio led Katsumi to where he lived. Takio lead Katsumi to a hillside cottage where it looked like something from a North American scenery. Takio got off the bike and quickly flipped his cell turning on security.

"Amazing what technology does."

Takio then headed towards Katsumi to help her with her things.

After defeating the Cirripediworm, Hikari was ecstatic. Ha! How do you like that?! Her joy, however, would be shattered by two things: Ayane's arrival as Hyper Kabuto, and the spike releasing some green mist and then collapsing. After Luppi left, Hikari just stood and stared at Ayane. That....that's the Hyper Zecter she has...not fair...that's not fair! Why didn't it choose me?! Aren't I the hero?! Hikari then looked around for TheBee, who she hadn't seen since he was tossed by the executive. She was able to find him and supported him up, dragging him along. Now I am going to need Bee-kun's help more than ever. Because, Luppi, it'll take more than two Riders too beat Hyper Kabuto if she ever gets out of control... As she headed for the exit, she thought it would be best to make some small talk with Ayane, while still dragging TheBee along. "Ayane-chan...what do you suppose that green mist was?" Her voice didn't show any fear towards the red rider's newfound power, as she waited for an answer.

Jumping down from the soda machine, Ayane immediately turned to Hikari, who began to drag the unconscious TheBee out of the amusement park. "I don't know what that green mist is either. But for now, let's be thankful that it drove the worms away," she told Hikari, immediately turning her attention back to Joichi, who could barely stand up as he clutched his ribs. Deciding that he needed a bit of help, Ayane immediately went over to Joichi and slung his arm across her shoulder, helping him stand a bit better. "For now, why don't we find a place to get a breather. Today's been exhausting for all of us," Ayane added, turning her attention back to Hikari.

Meanwhile, Kagami, who had stood by to watch the riders fight valiantly, witnessed the most incredible sight in his entire life: Ayane's first fight as Hyper Kabuto. Woah..........Tendou was right. She truly is the daughter of destiny.... he thought to himself, his mouth agape at the majestic armor surrounding the attractive young woman's body.

Easy for you to say, 'Hyper Ayane'! You still don't have a idol interview to go to! You'll probably just blow it off! "That sounds like a good idea, Ayane-chan. I need to get Bee-kun somewhere to treat his injuries, however. Where do you suggest we go?" She finished, holding back any snide comments that would betray her true feelings for her rival. Her stomach also growled, indicating that she was still hungry. What I wouldn't give for just a lame serving of Tofu right now...

Joichi blushed as Ayane placed her body next to his, turning his head away so that she couldn't see the smile appearing on his face. But he stopped when he remembered something. Something important...

"Didn't that Executice say something about... spores?"

Unfortunately for Joichi, Ayane saw the smile as clear as day, even though he tried to hide it. Heh....I guess it really is hard being popular... Ayane smiled under her helmet, noticing Joichi blush quite a bit. However, her smile would disappear upon hearing the young Sasword user mention something about spores. Her thoughts then flew back to her fight with the Executive worm. "Wait a minute.....that fight was probably to stall me. Whatever those spores are, it probably has a detrimental health effect on humans," Ayane replied, her voice taking expressing a worried tone.

[Henshiner]

"Well... we were right in the middle of ground zero. We'd be the first to feel any side affects." Joichi looked down at his figure, glancing over each part of his body. "I havn't mutated or nothin'. I have all my limbs. Maybe she was lying. What if they were egg sacs or somthin'?"

Katsumi’s eyes open in complete adoration of the hillside cottage and the scenery around it. A beautiful cottage within the peaceful surroundings without the distraction of the inner city. “It is definitely something” Katsumi agreed with a nod and ran a hand through her hair.

Katsumi’s eyes open in complete adoration of the hillside cottage and the scenery around it. A beautiful cottage within the peaceful surroundings without the distraction of the inner city. “It is definitely something” Katsumi agreed with a nod and ran a hand through her hair.

Takio took Katsumi's bags and placed them at the guest room. Even though it's his dwelling, he hasn't been in it for three weeks.

'Good thing I cleaned up. Who knows what embarrassment I would have suffered.'

Takio let Katsumi feel at home as he got her some cookies.

Joichi's notion that the spores could have been eggs made Hikari blurt out her own theory. "If they're egg sacs, then the mist must be a way of spreading spores, or rather eggs in this case, in the surrounding area. If that's the case, I think we can expect alot more Worm activity soon..." Reaching the Dark Kabuto Extender, Hikari temporally placed TheBee by the motorcycle in a sitting up position so she could take the Dark Kabuto Zecter off and dehenshin. Seeing that TheBee Zecter was being stubborn in leaving it's host, Hikari grew frustrated.

I should just yank that thing out of that brace! You go through how many people the first time, but now you're sticking to this one like glue! Make up your mind! "As soon as Bee-kun here changes back, Ayane-chan, I'm going to drop him off at a hospital, get something to eat, and then finally get to the studio. Kurenai-Sempai must be worried..." Hikari sighed, pushing up her glasses. ...or not. Whether if you're the bronze rider or not, Kurenai, you've been acting weird ever since I got in that car with you today. You won't get away from me that easily...

[Gatack Striker]

As Hikari wondered if Kurenai was all right, Ayane began to remember her appointment at the studio. Oh, that's right.....I'm supposed to go to the studio today..... she thought to herself, letting out a sigh from underneath her helmet as she turned back to Hikari, the Kabuto and Hyper Zecters disengaging themselves and causing the Hyper Kabuto armor to dissipate. "Well....we have to bring all the injured people to the hospital first before we go our own separate ways," Ayane told Hikari, continuing to hoist Joichi's arm on her shoulder. "As for Kurenai-sempai....she's probably back at the studio now," she added, her eyes scanning the empty and severely damaged amusement park.

[Kai Narukami]

Yoh started to come to when he saw that he was on a black version of the Kabuto Extender then took the TheBee Zector off the brace and went back to normal. "Kabuto-chan, Dark-chan." He said as he shook his head. "Did we win?" He asked since he missed all the action this time around.

I know we need to get everyone to the hospital! Do you think that I, the heroine, would abandon them?! Hikari saw that Yoh woke up and asked if they won the battle. "Well, Bee-kun, the executive that tossed you is dead, but that spike let off some green mist before collapsing. So I say it's a hollow victory..." Adjusting her glasses, she then told Yoh what she was going to do. "I'm going to take you to the hospital right now. If you have any objections, tough. We're going to need you, especially since if that mist was a way of dispersing any worm eggs. Got a problem with that?" Hikari showed a little of her true feelings, getting a little tired of trying to butter up to everyone.

Yoh smirked then looked at Ayane. "Oh by the way Kabuto-chan I'm glad you have the Hyper Zector now and Dark-chan..I'll check myself in to the nearest hospital when everyone else is check in." He said then started to help some of the injuried and offered some a ride on his machine zectron.
