Kamen Rider Kabuto: NEXT (RPG Thread)

Takio lead Katsumi to where he parked and got on the Machine Zectron. Just as he was starting the engine, four high school students started to waltz around them. Knowing what this meant, Takio got off and stared back.

"Katsumi, I know we were gonna go easy o nthe training, but I think we're gonna have a pop quiz."

Takio's Zector hopped its way as Takio caught it.

"Henshin!"

HENSHIN

Takio was enveloped in his grey armor as the zector announced,

CHANGE PUNCH HOPPER.

Takio looked back at Katsumi and said, "You try."

[Henshiner]

Slowly, Joichi sloshed through the murky water of the sewers, the water creating a nausiating smell with each step. The sewer was pitch dark, save for the fews holes of light that barely illuminated thecavern. Luckily, the visor of his helmet allowed for night vision and heat vision, making the trek easier. Too bad the stentch still fizzled through.

"Ugh. I'm startin' to think the smell killed the survivors if they went down here." said Joichi, covering his mouth guard with his right hand.

Suddenly, a blurred vision ran infront of Joichi, sinking itself deeper into the shadows. Joichi immedeately went on the defensive and pulled out his Yaiba, the blade extended outward. He scanned the area to no avail, nothing in sight. Perhaps a little heat vison will shed some light on this guy. Joichi raised his left hand to the side of his visor and pressed a small button on his temple. His visor flashed a bright red color as the green landscape was replaced with a blue one, a single red lifeform waiting in the tunnel ahead.

"Gotcha." said Joichi in broken english. Slowly, he placed both hands on his Yaiba and approached the heat source slowly, the water beneath him creating small ripples with each step. Now, Joichi was right next to the tunnel, his back against the wall in an attempt to stay hidden.

With a flash of movement, Joichi turned into the tunnel, his sword at the ready. The lifeform was gone. Joichi turned an entire 360 to find nothing. Things don't just disappear like that. What was it anyway? Joichi soon decide it didn't matter. There were bigger fish to fry. Well, Worms to be exact.

Slowly, Joichi began his descent through the tunnel... unaware a second Rider watched him from afar.

"Hello?" He called again, this time louder. He jumped down, making more noise. It only then occurred to him that it could have been an elite worm that he saw. He stood paralyzed for a second. Then he noticed that his visor had a heat vision HUD icon. Perfect! He pressed a button on his brace, which made his visor change. With a bit of hope, he called out "Is anyone down here?!"

Noticing Ayane walk up snapped Hikari back into her usual self, despite getting news that she would be able to meet Asuka. When Kurenai asked Hikari if she had a mode of transportation, a look of embarrassment filled her face. "Um, well, you see, I don't have a vehicle. Me and my father can only afford one car, and he needs it to get to work..." I hate revealing all my weaknesses like this! I should just bolt now!

"that's okay you can ride with me" Kurenai said Happily she loves to have company during rides, Even if it was a short one. She pointed over to her car and " there go ahead and get in" The car light flashed to say that it was unlocked. "Ayane just meet us there"

Asuka watched the rider who has just arrived " the sewer....hahaha....are they falling into a worm trap already"

Hikari, still feeling embarrassed, quickly got in Kurenai's car and waited for her. As she was waiting, she looked at Ayane with contempt. Isn't she lucky, having her own motorcycle. And the Kabuto Extender, no less! If she is Kabuto, I'm just making myself look pathetic! What kind of Hero bums a ride from an idol! Hikari was trying her hardest to keep all these thoughts bottled up, so she wouldn't attract anymore questions from Kurenai.

Katsumi raised an eyebrow in question towards the behavior of the high school students. Normally at this time students would be in their classes, but something about these four seem quite off and Takio knew it as well.

Katsumi would be lying if she wasn't feeling a bit uncertain of this 'pop quiz', but Kick Hopper humming helped calm her. Slipping off the bike, Katsumi raised her right hand, which the Kick Hopper immediately jumped towards her.

"Henshin!" Katsumi repeated her brother's words.

HENSHIN

Katsumi's eyes closed briefly feeling her body incased a green glow of energy, that resided to reveal the green alter version of Takio's. The feeling....The feeling....was undescrible, but yet comforting and welcoming all the same.

[Henshiner]

Joichi had finally reached his destination in the sewers. By destination, I mean there was a giant cave-in that blocked his way. Things were not looking up for Joichi. He sratched his head and cursed under his breath.

"Great. Just great. How the hell do I get up-"


"Is anyone down here?!"


Joichi turned around in the darkness to face the voice. Though it was distorted by the echo, Joichi could recognize who it belonged to.

"Akimoto? Is that you? Hey! I'm over-" Joichi stopped his call as he slowly lowered his head to the knee high water. All around him, a ring of bubbles surrounded Joichi, trapping him. "What the f-" Before he could respond, three Aracneaworm emerged from the murkey abyss, their claws wraping themselves around his arms. "Aaaahhh!!" The Aracneaworms then dragged Joichi down into the depths, the Sasword Yaiba being knocked from his hand. As Joichi lifted his hand in an attempt to slow the process, the water engulfed their bodies, leaving the lone Yaiba sitting on the sewer edge.

The bubbles soon stopped.

Takio looked back at Katsumi and said, "What you lack in punches you don't in kicking. Give it all you got."

Takio then dashed towards the four Worms who were in their larvae stage. Takio knocked one down and then continued to block and attack repeatedly as he took them on while two of them rushed towards Katsumi.

From far Satoshi saw both Machine Zectron parked near to a manhole. He stopped there and got off his bicycle looking on the Machine Zectrons :"Man, these bikes are awesome. Wish i got one too."

Shiro reached in time as Satoshi was catching his breath while enjoying these nice bikes. "Satoshi! Look! It's a mess here, be cautious!" directed Shiro

Satoshi then looked around and noticed the silent scenario surrounding the amusement park knowing that this is not right. "They must have entered the manhole, i will be going down. YOU stay here! You can't walk in the dark there.." said Shiro

Katsumi had taken a cleansing breath watching the two Worms making a direct run towards her. Though not having any experience, both Takio’s words and the feeling of Kick Hopper’s abilities coursing through had given her the needed confidence. Flexing her fingers for a moment, Katsumi moved forward to confront the two. Class was now in session, and Katsumi was a student ready to take the pop quiz. Watching her opponent’s body movements, Katsumi was able to block and deliver attacks of her own. Needless to say that the Worms advances did not impacted, but rather they urged her into pouring more of herself into the fight.

[Neko-Ranger]

"JOICHI!" He called, running towards the area where he last heard him. He switched back to night vision, as heat vision wasn't going to help much.

He finally appeared at the area where he last heard Joishi, only to see a lone yaiba. "Joishi.... the worms must have gotten to him." he said. B ut, just as he said it, worms started surrounding him. "Meep." he, for lack of a better word, meeped, before the worms tried to drag him down like Joichi. He started squirming and trying to attack, but to no avail. He finally freed one hand, and used it to clock up. He freed himself from the worms' grasps during clock up and ran to the yaiba. Maybe they'd reveal where Joichi went. No luck. They just sank back down. "Perfect." he said. He picked up the yaiba, wondering what he used it for. He remembered what happened last night, and maybe it was his henshining thing. He looked in all directions for a ladder or something that led into the park. No luck, again. He just stood there unsure of what to do.

Uh... what happened?

I remember... a dark tunnel...

... a horrible smell...

...then darkness...

Get a hold of yourself, Joichi. This is no time to freak out.

Now... wake up.


Joichi opened his eyelids, a blinding light filling them. His eyes soon adjusted, revealing a blinking lightbulb as the source of the light. Joichi slowly tried to raise his hand to block the light, but his hand would not move. Further investigation showed his hands and feet were bound and that Joichi lay on the concrete floor of a supply closet. Joichi looked to his left and right. No Worms. Joichi then looked at the large door that lay in front of him, the wooden fram covered in claw marks. Slowly, the door began to open, the light from the outside causing Joichi to squint. As the door swung open, a shodowy figure, sillouetted by the light came into picture, walking slowly toward Joichi. The figure grabbed Joichi by the back of his collar and dragged him into the light.

Joichi pressed his eyes shut, the figure dragging him even further into the light. Finally, the figure released Joichi, letting him slump to the ground. Slowly, he opened one eye after the other and spied upon his new location. The surrounding area was the circular mirror room of the fun house, the glass slightly cracked and stained. The mysterious figure turned out to be a yellow and gray Aracneaworm, it's claws snapping wildly. The Worm ran over to Joichi and kicked him in the gut, seding him sliding into one of the many walls.

"Now that's unnecesary." spoke a mysterious voice. Joichi raised his head to stare at the figure. The lone person walked out of a dark corridor, revealing herself to be noneother than the Executive Worm that had attacked Ayane and him from before.

"You!"

"Indeed. I guess you're suprised to see me here."

"Damn right I am! What the hell is going?!"

"I suggest you calm down before I sick my little spider friend on you. As for what's going on... well, let's just say your part will come into play right about now. Take him to the highest point of the park and tie him up there for the entire city to see. That will bring some of his Rider friends running."

"What makes you think they'll come?"

"Oh, it seems someone leaked the news to the press. A news helicoptor will come soon and record your crusifiction. And if any of your Rider pals are near a tv, they will see you in distress and come to your rescue... with us waiting."

"You sick f#@k!"

"I know." The Executive snapped her fingers, alerting the Aracneaworm to grab Joichi and drag him outside.

Later...

On top of the roller coaster, the Aracneaworm finished it's work on the unconcious Joichi, chuckling as it placed the final touches. The creature climbed down the metal support beams, rejoining it's breatheren down below. Soon afterward, a lone news helicoptor flew overhead, a cameraman filming the lone Joichi hanging from the coaster.

The news was live and on nearly every channel.

At that very same instant, Kagami, who was off-duty at the moment, ate at his usual ramen stop, with the ramen shop owner listening to the day's news. Just as Kagami slurped up more noodles, he began to choke on them as he heard flash report come in.

"We are live at Karakuri Funland, where various news organizations have gathered today. It seems that a young man is strapped on top of a roller coaster, and a threatening-looking monster is standing watch..."

Damn it! Worms have taken a young man hostage! Kagami coughed, rummaging through his pocket for money to pay for his hasty meal. Upon finding the correct amount, he slapped it onto the table, and made a dash for his motorcycle. Kagami was determined to save the hostage in spite of the fact that he might be killed in action.

Observing Hikari and Kurenai leave, Ayane merely smirked at Hikari's pained expression, finding it rather amusing. It's okay to ask for help at times, Hikari-san. Even Tendou-san had help when he took on the worms she thought to herself, aware that Hikari felt embarrassed about the whole situation. Without any further hesitation, Ayane headed for the Kabuto Extender and got on, putting on her helmet as Kurenai's red sports car sped past her. She then revved up the engine of the Kabuto Extender, and began to follow the same path the Red Sports car took.

[Neko-Ranger]

Akimoto ran in the direction of one tunnel, cunfused, holding the Yaiba. Something happened to Joichi, and he needed to find out what. Luckily, he came across a ladder, and it was not the first ladder, as he wetn ina different direction. He climbed up the ladder, where he saw a young man on top of a roller coaster, with a worm next to him. "JOICHI!!!" He screamed, running in that direction. Before he could, though, he was knocked out cold by a worm(Thereby unhenshining him), who dragged him towards the funhouse. It just wasn't his day.

Asuka looked up at where Joichi was hung up and let out a slightly disappointed look. " she's not even that strong of a worm.... even Ryusei could kill her easily, I swear some of the riders are just plain push overs" Asuka then looked back and notice another rider was being dragged away to the fun house. "the younger one lasted even longer then I thought, there should be more riders but I wonder where they are?" Asuka pondered and continued walking around " just don't let me meet that trechous bitch I'll kill her" Asuka spoke of the executive worm that has been working for Zect. "Sell outs...the queen will not be please"

Yoh decided to do some training while he waited. The TheBee Zector appeared and floated in the air as if to make itself a target for his moves. "Thanks partner!" He said as the two started to train

Upon arriving in Karakuri Funland, where the hostage situation took place, Kagami forced his way through a pack of people fleeing the scene. Fortunately for him, the amount of people he had to force his way through decreased as he finally reached the scene of the roller coaster, crouching beneath a hotdog stand in order to avoid detection by the spider-type worm. Heh....this is soooo gonna be difficult.....save the boy without getting detected..... he thought to himself, reaching into his suit for a pistol to distract the worm.

As he did so, however, he then spotted a most familiar item lying by the entrance of what seemed to be a funhouse: the Sasword Yaiber. This is it....gonna risk detection, Kagami gritted his teeth, emerging from the safety of the abandoned hot dog stand as he made a dash for the Sasword Yaiber. Knowing that the Worm had noticed his presence and began firing poison spikes at him, Kagami immediately made a diving roll in an attempt to reach the Yaiber, and did so successfully. At that moment, the Sasword Zecter emerged to the surface of the ground, headed toward the direction of the roller coaster rather than the holder of the Sasword Yaiber. This prompted Kagami to do another diving roll to forcefully grab the Zecter, rendering it motionless and subject to his will. "Hey kid! Sorry if I have to use your Zecter!" Kagami yelled to the unconscious teenager tied up on the Roller Coaster, holding the blade of the Yaiber downwards. "HENSHIN!" Kagami yelled, attaching the Sasword Zecter onto the Yaiber. In an instant, hexagonal patterns began to surround Kagami's body as it formed the Masked form armor for Sasword, the orange tubes giving out a dull gleam under the bright sun. Upon completing the transformation, Kagami immediately looked up at the spider-type worm guarding the unconscious young man. "Prepare to be defeated, you filthy worm!!!" Kagami yelled angrily, pointing the Yaiber at the worm.

Luppi had said good bye to Kin and went to his car only to see it missing instead he saw a motorcycle with the Drake symbol on it and there was a note that said," Luppi I am thanking you for taking my place, now and days I am a busy man who does not have enough time on his hand to do any good as a rider, I hope you like this Machine Zectron, and don't worry your car is at your house, Sincerely Daisuke Kazama." Luppi jumped in excitement and said," Daisuke got me a gift this is freakin awesome." Everyone stared at him as he got on the bike and left.

((ooc: Ready for battle? @__@ Gatack I don't control renegade worms, Only worm I control at that scence is Asuka, I think the spider your about to fight is a NPC Neo Zect Renegade, have fun but if you need someone to control it during the fight I"ll be happy too but let henshiner know cause it's his worm for his organization, okay now for Ayane and Hikari 's side of the fight remember Ayane get supperated and go fight The Bee. Hikari Protect Kurenai!

"Scorpion?? Kagami???....So the god of war lives...hmm wonder where that Gatck zector is....this is pretty interesting" Asuka observes from near by, until a worm came up and blocked her path and vision. "get out...of the way" Asuka said then a loud slashing sound could be heard as the worm was sliced in half and the Bright blue eyed Asuka continue washing "I got to admit this is a pretty fun show"

Ayane followed Kurenai as they drove out of the school,Kurenai notice Hikari's look on her face and analyzed it as she not being a safe driver. " Don't worry I'm a pretty safe driver" Kurenai said and smiled to Hikari suddenly a fast sports car cuts her off. Kurenai had a surprised look on her facem before an angry one sets in "you...bastard..." Kurenai then looked at Hikari to see if her seat belt was on. " she's on a bike she can follow pretty close by to me" Kurenai said as the Car is down shifted to second gear , a weird fog settles in Kurenai then raced the car to follow up the car that cut her off recently. The e brake was pulled and a loud screech sound could be heard as the car power slided around the corner to catch up to the fast car. Ayane was no longer in sight and this fog is getting thicker ans thicker. The car comes abruptly to a stop.

"Ryusei...your doing this...now??" Kurenai said as she played obvious to the plan that was about to happen. " oh...Hikari what's going on? I can't see a thing" The car stopped and Kurenai got out of it, when she heard the sounds of bugs around the car. Five Worms approached the car.

Hikari was absorbed in her own thoughts again as they were headed for the studio. I just had to go up to the stage. If I just-wait a minute. She let out a small gasp. That Akimoto kid that came up and congratulated Ayane, he sounded like that Gold Rider! Why would the Zecter pick a kid like that?! She was rattled back to reality when a sports car had cut them off. She had her seat belt on, so there was no reason to worry. She did get suspicious as the car stopped in front of them as thick fog set in. This just can't be a coincidence... As Kurenai stopped and got out, probably to check on the other vehicle, five Worm approached the car from the fog.

Perfect, looks like they're actively hunting me now. I also have a person to keep safe. Oh well, anything to break the boredom. Hikari got out of the car and in front of Kurenai. "Keep close to me." One of the Salis rushed towards the two women, but was stopped in it's tracks by the arriving Dark Kabuto Zecter. Catching it, Hikari revealed her henshin belt from underneath her shirt. "Henshin!" A mechanical voice repeated the same as Hikari slided the Zecter in place, hexagons of metal forming into Dark Kabuto's Masked armor. Grabbing Kurenai's wrist, Dark Kabuto used her other hand to shoot oncoming Worms with her Kunai Gun. I've got to get her to a safe place. She'll only end up being a burden in battle.

Ayane, who trailed the red sports car Kurenai drove, began to think about Kaoru once more, hoping that he will cheer her on as she makes her way to the studio. However at that moment, Ayane would notice a thick fog set in, instantly knowing what it meant. I see.....the worms have come after me....she hissed under her motorcycle helmet, continuing to gun the engine as if to ram any worms that may get in her way.

After a while, however, she noticed the fog beginning to dissipate, with a clear path visible in front of her. As she continued riding around, she noticed that the sports car was not in front of her....or anywhere around her current area for that matter. Pulling over by the side for a moment, she looked behind her, and saw that there was no fog behind her. I have to hand it to you worms.....separating me from the civilians so that you could pick them off... Ayane hissed some more, unaware that Hikari, her friend, also possessed a Zecter. As she looked back in front of her, she then noticed a young man seemingly punching a bee, and instantly remembered the post-it note stuck to her backpack. I guess this goes first... Ayane thought to herself, riding toward the young man.

Yoh and TheBee zector stopped as they heard a motocycle coming their way. "Well hopefully thats our date partner." Yoh joked as he turned around to see Ayane coming his away

Luppi drove on the Zectron and said," Wow this thing is great." He then drove for awhile before encountering a fog he then saw two a girl and what looked to be the black rider from the other night in her cast form and Luppi thought," Help or drive off." Luppi stopped the Zectron and got off it and said," This will be a good time to kickass." Luppi took out the Drake Handle from his right pocket and the Drake zector flew to him and attached to the Handle and he said," Henshin." a voice echoed," Henshin." And as luppi changed he said," Thanks Daisuke you will alway be my icon." Luppi shot at the worms and ran toward the black rider and said," Umm I think these worms need to know who they are messing with." Oh, give me a break! Are you that clueless?! "Yeah, she's a rider, she just doesn't feel like defending herself." Hikari said sarcastically. "Just hold them off while I get her somewhere safe, alright?" Dragging Kurenai along, Dark Kabuto made her way out of the fog, spotting a dumpster in a nearby alley.
